Job Description:
As a Data Collection Technical Lead, you will play a vital role within our data operation organization across the different US locations . This position involves overseeing the technical aspects of our operational sites. The ideal candidate will have technical background in Hardware, Software and IT, as well as experience with data collection technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all US Data Collection Sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Deploy new software releases to production sites
- Plan and deploy new sites.
- Assist with demos
- Document and report issues as needed
- Update and improve technical procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in on-site technical support and hardware maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with data collection and analytics tools
- Proficient with networking (CCNA+), DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, JIRA, SSH), and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)
- Skilled in diagnosing software/hardware issues
- Comfortable with Linux CLI, Mac, and PC environments
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Experience with tag management systems and privacy compliance - nice to have
- Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch) - nice to have
- Understanding of Dell server architecture and network setup- nice to have
