Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced System Validation Engineer to play a key role in defining, developing, and executing analog electro-optic tests within the system validation team. In this role, you will define test methodologies, design validation processes, and collaborate closely with R&D teams across multiple subsystems, including hardware, electro-optics, firmware, physics, and system engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of hardware systems
- Apply Design for Validation (DFV) principles to optimize hardware testability
- Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware-related issues throughout development and manufacturing
- Conduct test verification and validation for both hardware and software components
- Execute tests across various scopes, including performance degradation and functional validation
- Provide clear reports on test progress and summarize findings effectively
Qualifications:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in system validation
- Expertise in hardware/software validation, particularly for IoT and wearable devices
- Strong debugging skills for hardware communication lines (JTAG, I2C, UART, MIPI, I2S)
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, current probes)
- In-depth understanding of analog testing, including power consumption and battery measurement
- Experience reading PCB schematics, layouts, and applying test/debug methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, C, or C++ for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with JIRA and bug tracking tools
- Strong problem-solving skills in product engineering and failure analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience writing STD, BAT, and validation documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
