Job Description:
This role focuses on building and optimizing subscription models and data-driven monetization strategies. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth through innovative, user-centric features and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize subscription models, in-app purchases, and data-driven monetization strategies for consumer services
- Drive engagement & retention to develop features that enhance user retention, loyalty, and lifetime value (LTV)
- Build and prioritize a roadmap for revenue-driving features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Conduct research on subscription trends, consumer spending behavior, and emerging monetization techniques
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in product management at a SaaS or consumer service company, focusing on user engagement, monetization, and subscription-based growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, freemium, premium tiers, paywalls, and engagement-driven monetization strategies
- Experience working with user behavior analytics, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and pricing experimentation to optimize monetization efforts
- Strong experience in developing features that increase CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) and reduce churn
