Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the development of voice-first experiences, ensuring seamless integration with AI, ML, and speech recognition technologies
- Specify natural language processing interactions, voice command flows, and conversational UX elements to enhance user experience
- Optimize user experience for voice and collaborate with VUI designers, UX researchers, and linguists to build intuitive, responsive voice-based applications
- Work with R&D teams to refine speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), noise suppression, and real-time audio processing
- Stay ahead of industry trends in voice AI, multimodal interfaces, and conversational applications, ensuring the product remains innovative and differentiated
- Conduct usability tests, speech recognition performance assessments, and latency evaluations to refine voice command accuracy and responsiveness
Qualifications:
- Industry experience of 3-5 years in VUI product management, working on voice AI, audio-based applications, or NLP-driven platforms.
- VUI & Speech AI expertise with strong knowledge of speech processing, conversational AI, ML-powered voice recognition, and adaptive voice interfaces
- Track record of launching voice products with proven experience bringing voice-driven apps, AI-powered assistants, or VUI-integrated hardware to market
- Strong understanding of audio UX, user feedback in voice applications, and real-world voice usability challenges
