Job Description:
We are looking for a User Experience Researcher to help shape the future of our products by uncovering insights into user behavior, needs, and expectations. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure our hardware and software solutions provide seamless and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to assess product-market fit, identifying key use cases where users are most likely to engage with Q
- Plan and execute usability tests on device prototypes, evaluating comfort, ergonomics, and overall user acceptance
- Perform usability testing on software interfaces, gathering feedback to improve functionality, ease of use, and accessibility
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, field studies, and data analysis, to inform design and product decisions
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, presenting them to stakeholders to influence product development
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure user insights translate into meaningful design improvements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in user experience research, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, including usability testing, A/B testing, interviews, and surveys
- Experience conducting research on both hardware and software products
- Ability to analyze research data and communicate findings effectively to diverse teams
- Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, or similar research platforms
- Nice to have: Experience conducting research on voice and multimodal products
